I use smoothies for mid morning snacks, for lunch and anytime I need nutrition without lowering my energy. It is nice to add some bits for crunchiness. Like sprouted seeds, nuts, buckwheat. Tasty powders like pea protein, maca, lucuma, wheat grass, moringa. Dry fruits like dates, gojis. I am a big fan of cocoa nibs too! I mix a little sweet with savoury to get some balance.
