Reset Your Gut Week 1

We often mistake hunger for dehydration.

Add clean water to your day. Water is a great way to reduce cravings. Give yourself some thinking space by drinking 2 glasses of water before having food. Then maybe you do not have the snack as the water was enough!

Make a mind map on water. Go buy a filtering bottle. alkalinise your water by adding a few drops of lemon, fresh ginger, cucumber or some even pieces of fruits.
