  • 2 small softly baked butter nuts. Flesh scooped out
  • 5 dates
  • 2Tbs maple syrup
  • 1 Tbs 100% cacao nibs or 90% chocolate pieces
  • 1/2 Cup oats or home made muesli
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 2 to 3Tbs coconut sugar or xylitol
  • Coconut oil about 1/4 cup

  • Pure coco powder 1/2 Cup
  • Melted coconut oil just enough to mix with coco powder
  • Optional 2 Tbs maple syrup (I dont use it but you can add for guests and children).

  • Blend all the butternut mix ingredients (except the nibs) until smooth. Use a blender or food processor or by hand can work as well
  • Add cacao nibs or chocolate pieces / chips and fold
  • Mix the coco powder, melted coconut oil and maple syrup
  • Place a thin layer of choc mixture in muffin moulds
  • Pour in the butternut mix so the chocolate comes up the sides
  • Add a dot of melted chocolate on top
  • Place in the deep freezer and keep in there

Take out 10 min before eating to enjoy soft ad creamy
