- Cooked red beans. 5 to 7 Cups.
- Washed and soaked or toasted mix seeds: linseeds, sunflower, pumpkin. 1 Cup.
- Dates. Adjust for more or less sweetness. 1 Cup.
- Grated coconut/moringa/poppy seeds/cocoa for coating.
- Crush half the seeds in blender
- Put beans in blender and mix
- Add dates and blend
- Add crushed seeds and blend
- Add other seeds and mix
- Roll in golf size balls
- Roll in coatings of your choice.
