Red beans Choc Mousse
A nutritious Vegan Choc mousse. Just perfect to balance the mood for the day.

Ingredients
- Cooked red beans (kidney beans).
- Red beans cooking water. Full bottle 75ml or less depending on the softness of your cooked beans
- Frozen bananas softened
- Melted coconut oil
- Maple syrup
- Coconut cream 2TBS
- 2 TBS cocoa powder
Method
1-Blend the red beans in a food processor adding red beans cooking water slowly until you have a good consistency.
2-Add the frozen bananas
3-Add the coconut oil, little of coconut cream, little coco powder still while blending
4-Add maple syrup or other sweetener like Yacon syrup
5-Place in glasses
6-Decorate with cocoa nibs, dried white mulberries, hemp seeds…
