
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cups peanut butter
- 3 Tbsp liquid sweetener like maple, yacon or date syrup
- 1Tbs melted odourless coconut oil
- 2 pinches salt
Cacao cover
- 1/2 Cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 Cup melted coconut oil
- 3Tbs liquid sweetener like maple, yacon or date syrup.
Method
1- Start with the chocolate cacao cover: In a bowl mix the melted coconut oil + cacao powder + syrup sweetener
2- Pour a layer of the chocolate mix into a rectangular silicon container or other shaped silicon containers
3- Place in the deep freezer for 10 minutes
4- In an other bowl mix all other ingredients for the peanut butter filling
5- Pour the peanut butter layer evenly on top of the chocolate mixture. Smooth with a spoon.
6- Cover with the remaining of the chocolate mixture.
Keep in the deep freezer.
Can be eaten stray out of the deep freezer or after a few minutes.
PS: if you have too much melted chocolate left over use to make baby choc!

Try to resist the temptation and only eat 2 at a time! That is a real challenge!
