  • 1 Avocado
  • 40gr Cocoa powder
  • 125 gr Dark Tahini
  • 25gr Coconut oil
  • 2 Tbs sesame seeds
  • 1 Cup quinoa or puffed terere (amaranth)
  • 2 Tbs honey
  • 1 Tbs moringa
  • Optional extra cocoa or sesame seeds, or hemp seeds to coat the balls


  • Combine all in a food processor and blend
  • Refrigerate for an hour or more to allow the mixture to harden
  • Roll in balls or flatten into button like shapes
  • Decorate or leave plain
  • Refrigerate again and eat straight out of the refrigerator
