
Ingredients:
- 1 Avocado
- 40gr Cocoa powder
- 125 gr Dark Tahini
- 25gr Coconut oil
- 2 Tbs sesame seeds
- 1 Cup quinoa or puffed terere (amaranth)
- 2 Tbs honey
- 1 Tbs moringa
- Optional extra cocoa or sesame seeds, or hemp seeds to coat the balls
Method
- Combine all in a food processor and blend
- Refrigerate for an hour or more to allow the mixture to harden
- Roll in balls or flatten into button like shapes
- Decorate or leave plain
- Refrigerate again and eat straight out of the refrigerator
