Ingredients:
Base:
- 1/2 Cup nuts (almonds, cashews, pecan)
- 1/2 Cup dates
- 2Tbs melted coconut oil
- 1/4 Cup cacao powder
Mix all ingredients. Spread a layer in a dish and place in the deep freezer.
Middle layer:
- 1 Cup dates soaked in hot water for 5 min unless using very soft dates.
- 1/2 Cup coconut oil
- 4 Tbsp tahini
- 2 Tbs maple syrup or other liquid sweetener
Blend all until smooth and spread over the bottom layer
Top chocolate layer:
- 1/4 Cup caco
- 1/4 Cup coconut oil
- 1/4 Cup maple syrup
Mix in a bowl and spread evenly over the middle layer.
Keep in the freezer and take out 5/10 min before serving.
ENJOY with the entire family. Vegan and non vegan!
Extra note: I sometimes make circle shapes and miss the last chocolate layer.
