  • 1/2 Cup nuts (almonds, cashews, pecan)
  • 1/2 Cup dates 
  • 2Tbs melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 Cup cacao powder

Mix all ingredients. Spread a layer in a dish and place in the deep freezer.

Middle layer:

  • 1 Cup dates soaked in hot water for 5 min unless using very soft dates.
  • 1/2 Cup coconut oil
  • 4 Tbsp tahini
  • 2 Tbs maple syrup or other liquid sweetener 

Blend all until smooth and spread over the bottom layer

Top chocolate layer:

  • 1/4 Cup caco
  • 1/4 Cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 Cup maple syrup

Mix in a bowl and spread evenly over the middle layer.

Keep in the freezer and take out 5/10 min before serving.

ENJOY with the entire family. Vegan and non vegan!

Extra note: I sometimes make circle shapes and miss the last chocolate layer.
