Ingredients:
- Water melon WITH SEEDS 2 Cups
- Pineapple 1/2 Cup
- Spinach 1 Cup
- Coriander 1 Cup (or little less)
- 1 Lemon/lime juice
- infused rosemary water *optional 1/2 Cup
I use 3/4 of water melon and 1/4 of pineapple. A good hand full of spinach. Same of coriander. You can change the mix for more or less greens.
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in your blender until smooth
- Serve chilled
