- Frozen bananas. 1 per person or more!
- Nut butter of your choice. 1Tbs per person.Peanut is the most popular but I go for cashew butter too.Make sure to buy only peanut or only cashew butter with no added sugar or oil.Ideally make your own nut butter by blending your nuts very slowly and patiently.
- Coconut milk. Fresh and home made if possible. See my coconut milk recipe
Take the bananas out of the freezer and wait until soft.Blend all ingredients together at slow speed so the coconut milk does not turn.Keep blending slowly until the mixture becomes super creamy.
