
Ingredients
- 2 Cups white cabbage
- 2 Cups grated carrots
- 1/4 Cup gojis
- 1/4 Cup washed and soaked sultanas (so they can expand)
- 1/2 Cup mixed toasted seeds. Sesame + sunflower + pumpkin seeds
- Fresh parsley on top
- Salad cream recipe for dressing
- Optional: avocado, cayenne pepper, pepper, nuts or any other! Be creative!
Method
- Mix all ingredients except the toasted seeds so the flavours and textures mix well
- Add the toasted seeds last minute to retain their crunchiness
- Sprinkle some fresh parsley or other herbs on top
