
Ingredients
- 2 Cups washed/soaked cashew nuts
- 1 Cup water (or less if you want thicker and more creamy)
- 1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Honey or maple syrup for vegan option
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened French Dijon mustard
- 1tsp salt (or no salt if you are off salt)
- Optional 1/2 garlic
- Optional parsley.
Method
- Blend all ingredients in high speed blender until smooth and creamy
PERFECT TO USE ON COLE SLOW, SALADS, OR AS A DIP WITH ADDED HERBS OR GARLIC
