Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup nuts: cashews, macadamia or Brazil
- 3/4 cup water or less for thicker cream
- 2Tbs lemon juice
- 1large Tbs Miso or Umami paste
- Nutritional yeast (optional) 1/2 cup or more
- 1 tsp salt if you do not put the miso.
- Added black pepper, garlic, fresh herbs are all a delicious addition.
Method
- Blend all together until creamy. Start slow then high speed. If some bits remain it is
- delicious too.
PERFECT TO USE ON VEGAN PASTAS OR PIZZAS.
As a dip or thicker version as a real cheese.
