I struggle to fall asleep even though I feel tired.
I am exhausted, fall asleep, but wake up in the night.
I sleep soundly, dream a lot and wake up restored and refreshed.
I suffer from insomnia and sometimes have to take sleeping pills.
I go to bed early but spend time on my phone in bed and end up sleeping late.
I sleep long hours but go to bed late and wake up feeling sluggish.
I have a good bed time routine. I relax, spray some lavender and ease into sleep with a sooting meditation or relaxing reading.
I don't have a bed routine and don't know how to set one.
#2 How much movement do you get?
I don't really workout and do not enjoy moving.
I work out 3 times a week or more and enjoy it.
I work out every day but get tired and hungry.
I force myself to work out but really can't find pleasure in exercising.

I feel over worked, disorganised, overwhelmed.
I work hard, play hard!

I take too much time off, do not achieve much and feel guilty.
I have to set a goal to get my work life more organised.
I feel efficient and organised. I love my work!

#4 Do you feel in line with your carreer?
I love my job everyday! My colleagues, the environment, the challenges!
I am exhausted and constantly overworked. I want to retire early. And do something else.
I don't enjoy my job as it does not feel connected to who I am. But I am not sure about what else to do.
I don't really care about my work life. It is only for the money to do other things.
I like some parts of my work but want more flexibility and need a plan to expand my horizons.
#5 What is your relationship with food?
I struggle with what, when, how to eat.
I am relaxed vis-a-vis food and have a good gut feeling of what works for me.
I have a very strict diet and stress when I can't follow it.
I have lots of allergies, eczema, skin issues and don't know why.
I stress and binge eat regularly. I find it difficult to control my food intake.
I eat healthily but can adapt socially.
I often forget to eat when I am doing something else.
I am not sure what is good to eat or not.
#6 How much alcohol?
I have a little drink daily but that is alright.
I drink to destress or because I feel bored or lonely...
I enjoy a drink here and there socially but can do without it.
I rather not drink as it does not make me feel good.
I often get drunk when I drink and feel dreadful the next day but then do it again!
#7 How spiritual do you feel?
I meditate regularly and follow my intuition.
I believe in deeper consciousness and often feel special connections. I have a lucky star and believe in angels.
I can't, won't, don't need to connect with myself or other "spirits".
I would like to give it a try but don't know how. It feels intimidating.
I pray and trust where life takes me.
I don't really care at the moment as I am too busy.
#8 How stressed are you?
I feel tensed, anxious stressed and don't know what to do about it.
I am a pretty chilled person. It takes a lot to shake me.
I am hard on myself and always feel I should do better. I want perfection and achievement.
I enjoy a little bit of healthy stress and feel balanced.
When I feel anxious I act upon it and manage it well.
#9 How is your love life?
I am happily in a relationship or married. For the best and the worst.
I was married once but happy to be back on my own again.
I do not get in relationships easily. I am satisfied on my own.
When in a relationship I always look around for better ones.
I can't settle and won't settle. And it is alright.

#10 How is your immune system?
I rarely get sick.
I have one issue after the other. And I don't know why.
When I feel low I slow down and take care of myself to prevent getting sick.
I take supplements regularly to support my immune system.
I am not in touch and get down with sickness suddenly for no reason.
#11 How about your friendships and family relationships?
I have so many friends and family that I get lost and overwhelmed!
I don't need friends or much family and am happily on my own.
I have very few, specific friends who I can share everything with.
My family are my friends. My friends are my family.
I get on with everyone. everywhere, family, friends...
People are annoying. Family over involved. Leave me alone!
I am happy with a couple of friends and my close family only.
#12 What do you do during your free time?
I enjoy me time. I read, go out, learn, socialise, look for events.
I don't have much free time and am always absorbed by daily chores.
I work, then work and work again or look after others never after myself.
I spend my free time on social medias, TV series, digital gossips.
I follow the flow and don't have specific hobbies.
