During your individual Health and Wellness coaching programme we look at all the areas of your life, where there is balance and imbalance. We focus on your bio-individual needs in your general health, diet, relationships, exercise routine, career, finances, spirituality.
We define your goals and set your individual plan supported by one on one consultations, hand outs, powerful tools, recipes, menus and all sort of extra needed inspirations and supports.
Health coaching is magical when it comes to address stress and anxiety. Hormonal imbalances, loss of purpose and general happiness and health.
As your personal health coach I will support your resolutions and help you achieve your goals. The individual plan can include:
  • Identifying health issues
  • Finding the root cause of the problems
  • Advise a diet plan and supplements to sort digestive issues,
    healthy gut or to support weight loss
  • Recipes, cooking videos.
  • Pantry cleanse
